Our sales team accompanies each customer during the initial stages of the purchase process so that they can choose and configure the model that best suits the needs of each end customer. This process is undoubtedly much easier with a deep knowledge of our wide range of products and services, so periodically our Area Managers provide training on the products, services and tools we offer.
In this case we visited the Otis headquarters in Casablanca to give them specific product training, emphasizing the points that make our product stand out from the competition. In addition, we took the opportunity to familiarize them with our online self-quoting tool, so important for them to be able to make their quotations and have more autonomy.
